Help Phone always syncing.

I usually always have background syncing on with no problem but lately the syncing arrows have been in my status bar constantly and its draining my battery in four hours.

I don't think its an app but I deleted some anyways.

Also it freezes my phone and Sense force closes all the time.

For the time being I turned off background syncing..but you know, now its not really an android phone lol.
 
Impossible to tell without you using something like system panel and finding out what is keeping your phone up. Or unless you delete every polling app you've downloaded since you've had this issue and narrow it down with that.
