Help Phone auto reboots

Sometimes when I'm charging it in school, I listen to music and then would browse the web. All I'm doing is that and it heats up real fast and resets. What do I do?!

Try a new battery, try changing chargers, try finding an app that is sucking processor power. Last resort is a factory reset. Still happens, warranty replace.

I had quite a few random reboots on my rooted Incredible a few weeks ago. I tried different ROMs and resetting the phone to no avail. Finally I unrooted the phone and did a factory reset to see if that would resolve the issue. It didn't. So I called Verizon, explained the issue I had with the phone and they sent me a refurb. So far, I had only about 3 unexplained reboots in about 3 weeks. I am keeping the phone stock for now.
