Phone automatically presses back button

Hi everybody,
I have the Samsung Fascinate running the android system. Recently, my phone has been freaking out randomly while I am using apps. It will start vibrating, and do whatever pressing the back button would do(sometimes it closes the app, sometimes it brings up a menu at the bottom) and continues to fritz for about 30 seconds, until I put it to sleep and turn it back on, which doesn't always work.

The same thing happened to me when I first bought the incredible. You probably have an app in there that you shouldn't. In my case it was an anti virus program. Uninstall it and do a factory data reset. You'll be fine.
