Help Phone Breaking :c

Sooo I dont really know how to explain this but my phone is pretty much sorta breaking in half. Not like if you were to snap it in half but say if you were to stand it upright and cut it like a slice of cheese lol. Not quite sure how to fix this or if im just gonna have to get a new phone entirely but any help would be awesome

Like, the back and screen won't stay on?
Would a phone case of some sort hold it together? Can you post some pics?
How about a used Evo or if funds allow it, a new phone

or wrap duct tape around it j/k schmooey
