Root phone call problems

I am Having major problems with my phone,

K so like my phone service was cut off (long story) so I downloaded Google voice and used that temporarly till I got my phone service restored. When it was restored I uninstalled it and it still was using Google voice and whenever I answer a calling have to press 1 to accept a call and it really aggravates me and when ever I miss a call it says something having to do with Google...
So I flashed a new rom hoping it would go away and it was still on there.
How do I take it off permanently?

here's a thread for a different phone but it should all work similar... maybe THIS will help...

I believe you need to disable conditional call forwarding that Google voice enables.
I think you dial *38 wait until it beeps and hangs up. Then you "should" be good to go.
Google conditional call forwarding for Sprint and see what the disable code is.
