Help Phone calls not working.

Guys i have a problem.

My phone is dual sim and when i connect to internet from sim 1 then i cannot recive calls from sim 2 i.e either i can surf net from sim1 or attend calls from sim 2 .

Please help me in this...!!

Go to Settings > Wireless & Networks > GPRS transfer prefer
Enable this option.
