Help Phone changes mp3 names

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 LTE and recently my phone changes the names of the mp3's I copy to it. It gives them all the same name of, 'Saved Phone Recording'. Any idea of how I can keep the original file name?

Anyhow what program are you using to transfer these mp3's?

I just use copy and paste or drag and drop. Should I be using a program?
