Phone Choice Help!!

I have both. If international travel wasn't something I did I would have stuck it out with the 3VO. I've been buying HTC products for years, and HTC has a great UI on their android platform. So great that I've been trying like hell to get my Photon to look like it.

Both are good phones in their own rights, at the end of the day, sense is all I really miss from the 3VO.

Ya, i really liked sense on my last android, but after rooting and going to more of a stock ROM I kind of like the vanilla android feeling. Moto seems to feel a little more vanilla. Plus playing with the evo 3d, the whole 3d thing kind of seemed like a gimmick to me, like what would I ever do with it aside from say "hey, look at this, can your phone do this". Im still leaning towards the MoPho.

Very true, that majority of people using an Android phone do not root their phones. I always end up rooting my phone at some point. To me and others it is about choice. Some or the majority like you mentioned don't care. Others like myself care, and want the choice.

That is the beauty of Android, we have options.

I agree. I did say that I personally like the option, even though I don't root, didn't I?
