Help Phone Constantly Switching to SILENT on its own???

(vibrate mode on) - Every time I turn off my bluetooth headset my GN automatically switches to silent mode and changes all my volume settings for the phone... I have to constantly go in and reconfigure my whole vibrate profile every time I use vibrate. This is getting painfully annoying!

Anyone else's does this? Is there a fix for this?

What version of ICS are you on?
The 4.0.1 has a volume bug (only GSM version has this bug)
 
Do you have a case on your phone. My diztronics tpu case was putting pressure on the volume rocker and changing the volume. Had to cut out a hole around the rocker. I don't understand why TPU cases always try to cover the volume rocker and don't have a cut out like they do for other buttons.
