Phone contacts question

On my contact list, I have my wife, family, etc phone numbers linked to their picture, so all I have to do is press their picture when I want to call them. However, underneath their picture it says "Call XXXX" ... is there anyway I can rid of the word "call" so I can just put their name and whether it is there cell or home number? For example, it says "Call Stace..." My wife has two phones and I would like to put "Stacey Cell" and "Stacey Work"

Any ideas?
