OK so a couple of weeks ago my phone crashed I believe. My phone died. When I was trying to power it back on it would only go to the galaxy screen with the blue ring. So eventually it turned back on with me pushing all 3 buttons. I believe it is SAFE(?) mode. Unfortunately I lost everything, pictures, music, apps etc... is there someone her who can help me figure it out? As far as getting it back the way it was. Also the screen bas a black window pop up with yellow lettering with what seems to be core information of the phone.

If it's in safe mode, turn it off, then turn it on and it'll come out of safe mode.
If you did a factory reset, you deleted everything you put into the phone since you got it - apps, pictures, videos, your email account, etc. And there's no way to get any of that back, unless you made backups (which you should always do for any data you consider important).
