Help Phone dead

I have had the note for around 3 months now. My phone was around 20% and was working without any problems. I decided to charge it by plugging it into my pc, it started charging then around 30minutes later it was dead. Plugging it into my pc does nothing and using the charger doesn't work either. I have never done anything to my phone so I have no idea why/how it happened. Any help would be nice.

Sounds very much to me that the phone has sadly died and needs some love and attention from your nearest Samsung service centre.

You could try removing the battery for a while, re-inserting it and see of you see a picture of a battery while charging. But it sounds quite serious to me.

Sorry to hear about your problem, but I hope that you get it repaired quickly.
