Help Phone does not hang up quickly enough

I have had my phone for a month and have used the phone maybe four times. I text mostly. But today i needed to use the phone. This is the second time i have noticed that it does not hang up from the call very well.

The first time it happened i hit end call three times. Today i was talking to someone from a business i am not too happy with. After arguing with him and keeping my cool i waited till the end of the call to say. YOU %%$%$% SuCK! I know for a fact i hit end call. Then i hear.

Sir?'' I am still here. I said. Good, Then you know how badly you suck!
I hit end call again. HE WAS STILL THERE!
I got so mad i powered the phone off! What is the deal with that? Pretty crappy if you ask me. It doesnt hang up.

I have had the same issue bro. The "end call" button does not respond. Sometimes the phone even freezes and I'm stuck with the caller on the line. Or the phone screen will disappear and I have to use the pull down menu to find the call and end the call from there. I just took the phone back and exchanged it for a new one. I was told there was a batch of around 10,000 phones that were defective.
