Help Phone doesn't start afted 2.3.5

I' updated my Incredible S to Gingerbread 2.3.5 today, but after update it froze on white startup screen with green "HTC" in middle. and it went for about 2 hours and nothing happened. I removed and replaced the battery, restarted but same thing happened. I also tried factory reset with hboot. didn't help.
HELP?!


EDIT. started in safe mode (POWER+VOL DOWN) selected fastboot, connected to pc, and run RUU and downgraded to 2.3.3.
phone turned on etc. tried to install 2.3.5 with RUU. result same as last time -> stuck on white boot screen. is it my phone or it's the new OS?
EDIT. did same thing that keli12. just needed to flash hboot back to s-on :) works great now.
 
same problem to me.

Solved after remove the revolution hboot and restored original hboot.
My device is back s-on
 
hi, my phone has frozen, with the htc logo showing, its been on for 4 hours now with no joy. im totally stupid regarding to what keli12 is on abouts. Is there any links as to what i need to do to restore this phone.
 
What’s HBOOT?
It’s immediately loaded when the phone is switched on. It’s mostly responsible for checking and initialising the hardware and starting the phone’s software, for flashing official software releases (RUUs via Fastboot), as well as a few other things. In some ways it’s comparable to the BIOS on a PC....I think in Keli's case the phone was rooted so it had to be turned back on if I am correct.

In your case I presume you are NOT rooted so it should not effect you. Have you tried pulling the battery?
 
tried this and resetting to factory settings as what htc had said when i contacted them. Looks like its being sent back to HTC for them to fix.
 
i'm from Iran.

my phone jams during install update to 2.3.5 and turned off
and it doesn't turn on.

when I pluged in to charge the black screen with update line progress appear and after 5 minutes turned off

can you tell me if there is any solution ?
anybody not find any solution in Iran ?
plz help me :(
 
I removed and replaced the battery. I also tried started in safe mode (POWER+VOL DOWN) but phone didn't turn on . and PC not recognized phone when I connected
 
I have the same problem my phone is stuck at the white screen. Can you expend your explanation keli12? Because I don't get what you did there.
