Has anyone else seen this? I am not sure if it is a feature or a bug. My phone exits the silent mode when the volume up button is pressed. I am beginning to think that it is not a bug but a convenience feature.

However, when you press the Volume Down button, it doesn't exit the Silent mode. It just lowers the volume while still retaining Silent mode.
Now that part is a bit unusual.
