Help Phone Freeze?

Today, I made a call and the party on the other end was not answering. So, I tapped the red "end call" and nothing happened. There was not feedback from the phone at all. Other end kept ringing. No response anywhere on the phone. Soft keys would not respond--Nothing. Had to press power key and power off, then reboot. Has anyone had a similar occurrence ? If so, is there a fix for this? I have never had any other phone act like this.

I have had the same issues lately. Plus, sometimes it is a challenge to turn my phone back on after turning it off. I will have to follow this thread should someone have an answer.

I'm having the same problem. On occasion when I'm done talking the end button does not work. It's like the whole phone is frozen. Does any one have a solution??????
