Help Phone Freezing and FCing tons at startup

My phone starts up.. freezes and the "activity launcher" FC's..

Then my Handcent SMS FC's..

Then my whole phone freezes in between all this..

Now it just restarted randomly.. and everything is cool.. But my girl isn't replying to my texts randomly now yet im getting them.. i think she fell asleep..

But still..

Wtf?

Stock ROM i havnt rooted or anything yet.

Battery-pull, then take it in to the store if it still has issues.

I pull the battery.. start it up and it does same.

I took it to VZ all they had to say was maybe my apps need to be updated but they all up to date.

Make more noise in the store. Don't give up until they make it right. It's their job unless it is your fault it's broken. You shouldn't have to remind them of that, but don't be afraid to.

first visit on 23rd they told me to delete some apps, they might not be compatible with 2.2

2nd visit she instantly started talking about getting me a free replacement after looking it over for any damage.
