Phone games on Computer

I've heard there is a way to play your phone apps on your computer. Does anyone know how or if it is at all possible? Someone mentioned screencast but I haven't really found anything online that has been able to support that theory and some of the other programs have not worked for me. I have a Mac and a rooted Samsung Fascinate form Verizon. Any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thx

I'm not sure how that would work. The Android games are touch screen based, and there would have to be a way to get it to work properly with a mouse or non-touch screen displays on a PC, no to mention the entire different OS thing.

The android emulator that comes with the Android SDK allows you to do that, but it lags like crazy on my computer (even though I can run Crysis on high settings.)

snapper.fishes The android emulator that comes with the Android SDK allows you to do that, but it lags like crazy on my computer (even though I can run Crysis on high settings.)

I've tried the android emulator but still no luck with setting it up. Do you know of a guide or thorough walkthrough I can follow? When u say it lags...does that mean its better off just using your phone or does it still have some sort of advantage. Thx

I can't think of any advantage IMO that would overshadow lag but I guess YMMV.

Unless maybe it made sammiches... Nah.
