Help Phone gets stuck on 3G (does not go onto H+)

Hi:)

Sometimes when I'm trying to access internet, check facebook or the sorts, the phone gets stuck on 3G and I cannot access anything.
I notice that in these situations, the phone will not go onto H+.
The only way to solve this is to go into Flight Mode, and than back to Normal again...it seems to reset something...

Am I missing something here? Is this normal?...I notice that it started happening ever since I've upgraded the firmware.

Thank you :)

You can change what preferred data connection to use by going to your phone app, type in the number *#*#4636#*#* on the keypad. Then select phone information and scroll down. there you can switch between certain preferred network types. You should try the WCDMA preferred. Hope this helps

sometimes the signal for H or H+ would not be strong enough so the phone switches automatically to 3G. if that signal is weak too, it'd even go down to EDGE or GPRS. u could try wats mentioned above if u really want only a 3G or H/H+ signal. however if signal in ur area is really weak for these, that'd cause u to disconnect all the time, instead of just going back to a slower network (and still be connected)

Exactly, that is all correct :)
