Help Phone going into VZN, Wipe to remove root?

Short of running 220v through my phone how can I wipe it totally clean?

I got a warranty phone coming tomorrow and my Charge has to get sent back in. I don't want to deal with... "well you rooted it" so I want to wipe the thing clean and return it to factory.

It's been quite a while since I rooted the darn thing... are there any idiot proof directions on how to do this?

I have sent phones back to them before without un-rooting and never had a problem I have also heard of many people doing the same. Just do a factory reset on the stock rom, and you should be good.
If you're concerned about data being left behind (erased but not gone) you can use a wonderful app called "Forever Gone"

Well I attempted to download from there and other sites I've found here.....

All I end up with is junk. Game this, browser downloader that....

where can I get a stock ROM without the BS?
