phone going off??

My phone is going off or freezes twicethe last two days.. first time while i was at work I didnt check my phone for ferw hours and when i tried to turn it on never came on.. i had to remove battery and put it back to get my phone on..
second time was tonight while I was sleeping.. my phone was charging.. when I woke up same thing happend....
I have do a hard reset right now, but any ideas???
 
well try uninstalling any new apps u may have installed. if that doesnt work get a warranty replacement. or factory reset n see if that helps
 
Does this happen randomly or at certain times during the day?
Perhaps your phone is over heating when its on the charger and turning off?

If you still have the 1 year warranty, take it back to the store and get a new one.
 
looks like your one of those unlucky people who got a defective phone.

take it back and get another one.
 
Are you loaded up with a ton of apps, music, pics & stuff? That will happen if you your internal memory is low. If you are still on stock android assistant is a free app that makes it easy to move your apps to your sd card & keep your cache clean, plus other features
 
I say this because when I had my Evo I had the same problem & after running a diagnostic test, that's what my problem was & they told me to try that app, which I did & it fixed my problem. I don't know if it will yours, but it wouldn't hurt to try.

I have 16gb sd card and I usually move everything to this card... I had 1G free on the phone memory...
I installed lot of stuff on my phone, and in the last 3 month that i have it this is the first time ever happend...
I really dont think its overheating issue...
The only way to get the phone back on was removing battery.
I think that maybe an app was freezing the phone can that be the answer???

Anyway I already did a hard reset and right now I m reinstalling everything I need.. during my working day didnt happen again..
tonight I'll see what happens
