Root Phone hard bricked and cant get into recovery

Every time i try to charge my phone with the battery it starts blinking red for a while before turning soild red.
(trust me its not charging) tried pluging into pc phone will show the mertopcs logo for 3 seconds then screen goes black, tried holding volume up key to get into bootloader, merto logo comes up for half a second before
screen goes black, did this guide http://androidforums.com/evo-4g-all...k-guide-hard-brick-only-wont-turn-charge.html still wont work dose not seem the phone will even charge at this point just a black screen with solid red light :(.

First I was attempting to make my own custom rom for the concord 2 to remove that write protection and delete bloatware, which went successful. Next I followed a guide on how to port roms, found a phone with the same specs went thoroughly into the prosses when I was dont I flashed it then rebooted, but the rebbot option came up with some that said, "you dont have root" or whatever get root rights? Yes/no, I clicked yes then made an account at android forums to help get my problem fixed.

Unfortunately, same specs doesn't mean same partition layout, same bootloader or same kernel.

Did you make dump files (usually done with dd) for your phone before you started? Iow, extract and save what you had by some means?

Can you give me a link to the rom porting guide?

This is the one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1908008. Also i ported a rom from the xperia e1, as on phone they had the same resolution and screen size.
Did you get the base rom from your phone, per the instructions?

This is equivalent to my earlier questions.

Did you get the Xperia E1 rom instead or in addition to your base rom?

What components of your base rom did you flash? None, or other?

What recovery do you have installed?

Can you still access it?

i did everything it told me to the plus a naindroid backup, I have/had the recovery from here http://androidforums.com/threads/root-and-cwm-recovery-for-zte-concord-2.872326/ for the base rom I used tge custom rom I created, for the port I used a custom rom from the e1.

OK, and my other questions too -

Can you still get into custom recovery?

Have you tried to reinstall it if not?
The problem is i can't Even get into my normal bootloader, so i cant use any fastboot command. everytime i do try it would show the metro logo for a split second before giving me a black screen.

Update:i believe i figured out what the problem was, instead of wiping dalvik cache, system, data, and cache... I wiped everything, then installed the rom port. Least i learned my lesson now.
