Help Phone has no service but SIM is good!?

My mom has the T-Mobile L9 and it just randomly lost service but the SIM is good.

It has no bars, no data and when making a call a pop up says "initializing internal process, please check back later" or something like that.

We even did a factory reset and still nothing!

P.S. and i have the same phone and same carrier and not having no problems...
