Root phone has slowed down after trying to backup using rom manager

I tried to back up and my phone with rom manager and I got a reboot and a phone with ! In a triangle on screen, so I removed my cover and replaced it. Now my phone has gone unbelievablely slow, and also visionary was installed.

If anyone could help me out with a suggestion as to how to speed my phone up id be amazingly greatful!

ROM manager is quite buggy by all accounts. Never had experience of bugs myself, but I did read that somewhere recently.

Can you restore the backup via clockwork, does that make a difference?

That sounds like clockwork wasn't installed. I would try flashing it from ROM Manager again.

I was sure I installed the clockwork mod thing! Dunno whether to risk slowing my phone down again and having to restore! Cheers again guys, you two are officially the best help of the forum
