Help phone help

Newbie
Can someone please help me. My phone wont get past the Huawei screen. I cant do anything. I took the battery out and nothing. I tried to customize it and something had to go wrong. I have the Huawei Ascend from Metro. Someone Anyone please help!

more info needed...what was you customizing before this happen? what rom are you running? did you install something that was hdpi, like a theme or something cause the ascend is mdpi? did you make a backup of your rom?

i know I backed up everything I did on my computer. I was following the Huawei Ascend Ultimate Customization guide by Tokenpoke and I was doing this part "CyanogenMod7 port (cm7)" I fixed my permissions and hit reboot and thats when it wouldn't get past the Huawei Screen
 
If you have the phone plugged in, unplug it, and then take the battery out, then put it back in and try to reboot. That worked for me before.
 
I have the same problem, can't reboot...tried several times after reading the correct directions on this site, but it wont reboot.
I also have the ascend 2.2 metro pcs, I was uninstalling the "better 8 keyboard" from the market, and when it finished t he error screen said
something about the pro lancher and force close...I tap ok and it repeated many t imes, wouldn't let me shut it down so I took the battery out .
Now I get the Huawei screen, the Android, t hen the Metro "hello hello hello.." t hen it repeats the hello about every 15 seconds....:eek:

BTW Yes I have 2 back ups wit h TitaniumBackUp, and rooted (at least until I pulled the battery!)

I'm very new with Android, and smart phones, to the point that some of the advise on this site in abriviation is a blurr to me... I learned the root part first, then the back up and security.. so please be kind to me!
 
reverting back to stock, ok power down the phone and download and extract this to your desktop MetroStockRecovery-SCRIPTS.zip after you done that press and hold vol down, end key and tap power, your phone should be on the white huawei screen and it should stay there, now open the folder that you extracted and run both of these file, first run fastboot-windows you will see a black box come and leave quick, next run metroPCSStock-windows.bat than another black box will pop up and it will do its thing, once it finishes the phone will automatic reboot itself.

I did the restore but it said nothing to restore. Will the metro psc restock work for me too?
