Phone Internal Memory vs SD

Can someone point me in the right direction here??? My mother has the LG Optimus S. Her SD card is almost completely open. Yet her internal memory is full. She has been downloading items such as apps and primarily .pdf files for reading. It appears the .pdf files are the majority all going to internal memory. I am doing this all over the phone as she lives in another state and is not the most computer savvy individual.

(Primary most important question) :confused:So, how can I gain access to the phone internal memory to delete these files as the apps used for viewing do not seem to have this option?

And how on this model phone can I get her apps to load right onto the SD card?

Thank you,
Dave

Under Settings, open MANAGE APPLICATIONS, Then press SHOW ALL. This will give you all the Apps currently on the phone. Go through each App, selecting them one by one. There will be a button that will have MOVE TO SD CARD lit up. Press that. if that button is grayed out, it means that the App can not be moved. Try the next one.

There is also a popular Free App called APP 2 SD FREE that helps with this also.

Thank you all for the help. My mother went line by line and moved over many apps. Additionally she used astro to grap those elusive pdf files and get them off the internal phone space.
