Phone is being replaced... question

I remember reading in the past that when you get a phone replacement through insurance they have been sending other phones (not OG droids).
I asked the rep and he said i'd be getting another droid... Does anyone know what VZ is sending?

You're going to get another OG Droid. I don't think Verizon's ever given out anything else. That was Asurion that gave out other stuff. But if you complain about something fundamentally wrong with the OG Droid, they'll offer you something else, I believe.

I'm a Big Red customer. I filed a claim with Asurion last month and was sent another OG Droid.

Yeah, Asurion was only giving out other stuff for a very short time when there was a Droid shortage, I think.
