Help Phone is crashing when on Mobile internet

Wondering if anyone can help. my phone has recently been crashing all the time i access mobile internet it switches the whole phone off then comes back on then off then back on then off it cant seem to get away from the O2 bubble screen this is causing me major problmes as i have to keep taking the battery off to stop it going on and off again and they wait on phone re booting.

Can anyone please help.. My mobile reception is also really really bad too and signal in certain areas are majorly bad i dont understand cause i have a nokia work mobile on o2 and the signal in same place is fantastic.

Help really needed please. Nowt too technical either speak plain HTC for dummys to me lol

Did this start happening around the time you updated the ROM to your phone? If so, the only way to fix these issues looks like to complain to O2, making sure they're aware of all the symptoms and their relation to the update, then get the phone replaced.

Have a look at the ROM update threads on this forum. Some of them relate to O2 and similar problems regarding signal strength.
