Help Phone is now bricked

hi guys!
i hope you all doing great. i got a problem.last night Today i restarded my phone.but unfortunately phone is in a very weird state. it is on root screen with options recovery, image crc, factory reset etc. it says use volume button. but now volume button is also not responding. guys please help me what to do now? i dont want to loose my messages and other data by factory reset. please give me some good solution.

If you are concerned about your data then I'd avoid that piracy app you downloaded - you do know that cracked/pirated apps often contain malware?

Best I can suggest is to try pulling the battery, leaving it out for a few minutes, then see whether the phone will boot better. Otherwise everything I can think of trying is likely to wipe your phone.
 
well pulling the battery doesn't resolve the issue. what should be next action then? i was out of city for few days therefore i couldn't checked the post. now i am back and waiting for solutions.

What ROM do you have on your phone? You should be able to boot in to recovery from within the ROM :)
 
last time i installed this rom RUU_Ace_Sense30_S_HTC_WWE_3.12.405.1_Radio_12.65.60.29_26.14.04.28_M_release_225512_signed

today i again used this RUU for recovery. i tried it through phone by putting this ROM in microSD card.phone detects the ROM but its volume button is not working so i can not select any option. the only selected option is HBOOT which is not working. now what should i do?
 
now i have tried to install RUU through PC as per instructions given at xda developers forum....same result ...nothing happens. its really a sucked up situation. now what to do? i have another though also. should i change my cell phone? its with me for more than a year...:-(
 
i think its the time i should root the phone.....up till now i was against rooting but right now i think i should root it. anyways please let me know if something good can happen.
