I've been getting horrendous battery life from Neat ROM even after following all battery saving tips on this site so tried restoring a nandroid backup of Hydra H20 I made 10 days ago. The restore claimed it couldn't find any files so I tried flashing the ROM from the SD card and it installed, however, when it booted up I got message after message reporting Apex launcher and god knows what else had failed and it remained a blank screen. So looking through the ROM's I had on my SD card I tried flashing D4, and that went through aroma installer and installed, but upon reboot the phone went off. Now when I try starting the phone I get the yellow triangle screen, then the Siyah ICS screen then it goes off. 
Any ideas?? I can't seem to get it into download of CWM recovery mode either. Gets to the Siyah screen and goes off, at which point I have to remove the battery and reinsert it for it to happen over again.
