Help phone is really slow even after a factory reset

my incredible is pretty slow even after a factory reset. when i try to type with swype it is really slow to register some times, as well as really slow to delete. I have task killer advanced running and kill all apps.

my phone is really slow when i switch home screens with the track pad as well..

Have you tried temporarily uninstalling ATK?

In the tons of browsing I have done lately in this forum I have heard more than one person complain about ATK not playing well with other apps and causing problems.

Might be something to try.

You might want to install System Panel and see if you have any rogue apps that are hogging cpu time. Definitely uninstall that task killer.
