I just posted in android help with this subject : Android app or software?
The question was about a program I was told would pull " EVERYTHING " off of my Gal 5 and download it to my PC.
That said I have 10 days left on my extended warranty on the Samsung so I want to get those files, photo's, Video's, messages before I try a " factory reset " which will wipe everything that I want to keep.
The phone was replaced 4 times. This newest phone is less than a year old and the problems with this replacement phone are crazier than ever.
For reason I can not figure out the screen turns into an impressionistic painting and often there are double or triple screens with the same text ( as an example ) making it impossible to type unless I reboot the phone.
I replaced the Gal 5 with an LG Stylo 2 so everything from the Gal 5 didn't transfer over. The phone number is the same but email has changed. The Gal 5 has no number associated with it but the old sim card is still in it so if I turn it on in my hone with the wifi I can get to my cloud for a few minutes before Verizon figures out that this phone is not on their network. But when I am in the cloud it is obvious that there is much more in the cloud via the Samsung than the LG
I have 10 days left on my extended warranty on the Gal 5 so I would like to get it fixed so I can sell it. It looks brand new and is less than 1 year old.
Any help is much appreciated.
