Root Phone Issue

My phone works perfectly fine until I insert my SD card. All of a sudden, when my SD card is inserted, the phone gradually becomes slow & eventually stops functioning completely. The screen just stays black until i take the SD card out. HELP ? ( I deleted everything off the SD card but still the same problem )

I would try formatting the sdcard and see if that helps. If not try a different card. Could be a bad sdcard.
