Help Phone keep lighting up

very odd screen goes dark after 15 secs like its meant to but then lights back up again for 30 secs or so and then goes dark again and so on

have checked what is running but says nothing

Maybe a problem with recently downloaded apps? Have you downloaded anything? New lock screens, launchers, antivirus, apps?
