Help Phone Keeps downloading enhanced-buzz-xxxx

Hi,

After my phone upgraded to Android OS v 4.3, it keeps trying to download a file called "enhanced buzz 15xxx" When I click on it, the phone keeps saying "media not found"


How do I get rid of this download? Is it something connected w/ my dropbox? When I google "enhanced buzz", all i get are a bunch of different images

When you see it in Notifications, long-press it. You'll get App info. Press that and you'll get o the app downloading it. Clear cache and clear data.

Is there a new app in the app drawer called Downloads or something? If so, open it and clear downloads :thumbup:
