Help Phone keeps going into car mode

Hey Guys, My phone is realy annoying me and when ever i am doing something say texting, listening to music or using the camera it keeps going on to an app even though i haven't selected it :/

Also every 5 minutes or something my phone will go in to car mode and it almost instantly drains by battery :( i HATE this !! i have tried resetting my phones original factory settings and it didnt help atall :( i didnt even know that there was a car setting :/ HELP PLEASE
 
Try pulling the battery and holding down the power button for thirty seconds. Then put it back in, power up, and try again. If you still have a problem, then it is most likely a hardware issue.
