Help Phone Keeps Powercycling (HELP!!!)

Not too long ago my droid x would just randomly shut off and restart itself. I didn't think much of it at first until it started doing it about once every day. So I went to Verizon and got the phone replaced (they couldn't find anything wrong with it)

I got the new phone and started to slowly add back the applications that I had on my old phone. At the time I had all the stock apps plus launcher pro, handcent, and beautiful widgets. And then the new phone started doing the same thing as my last one.

I decided to delete each app one by one to try and figure out which one it was. When I thought I had finally deleted the app that was causing it. It goes and does it again. I tried a combination of different apps and still nothing. It seemed that nearly any app that I added that wasn't on the phone when I got it, seemed to affect it.

One thing that I noticed is that often times once it restarts, a text message would come through which is why at first I thought it was Handcent but later when I uninstalled it, it still did that same thing.

Here is a list of all my installed apps and if anyone knows which might be causing it please let me know. Also considered rooting and installing a new rom to see if that would help the issue. Any ideas?

Adobe Reader
Angry Birds/Seasons

Can't say for sure, but after my last upgrade to Pandora v1.5.4 it's constantly getting wedged and in need of a forced shutdown (this is on my Hero), to the point where I can't use it any longer.
Are these apps you're listing running on the phone when it resets or simply installed? I wouldn't think a non-running app would have any effect one way or the other.

The only app I have in common with you is Adobe Reader, and I would sure hope that isn't it.

I was wondering if NFS Shift which is a reboot tool could be doing it. I don't game on my phone so thinking I will take that off.

Well I deleted NFS a while back and I deleted launcher pro but less than an hour after getting rid of it my phone restarted itself again. I'm getting to the point where I'm going to just install a custom rom.
