Help Phone keeps rebooting, pleasee help

Ok My phone is not rooted, and no task killer. Just a few minutes ago it rebooted while browsing on Dolphin HD. Then It just keeps rebooting after so many minutes. At first it would reboot as soon as I load up Dolphin HD. Anyone have this same problem?

Is it just rebooting in Dolphin? I had to get a replacement due to multiple boot loops a day.

no it reboots while im on the internet usually, then when i start thephone up again it reboots a few times right after each other
