Root Phone keeps rebooting

My phone is rooted with unrevoked 3.31, stock kernel, stock android 2.2 and build 3.70.651.1 lately the phone has been rebooting by itself but not a full power down, it just seems like a soft boot where it goes to the 4G screen and reboots from there. Is anyone else experiencing this? The only super user apps I have are titanium backup, wireless tether, rom manager and juice defender.

hold down the power and down arrow, get into the options and wipe/rest that should help it boot
