Root Phone keeps Rebooting :(

Ok so I have asked this before but still need some help with this problem. I am running MIUI 1.7.29 and I keep having my phone reboot when I am using apps like Navigation or YouTube. It happens more when I am using 3g. It will work great if I do not use these types of apps. And when it reboots it will just stay on the HTC start up page until I pull the battery. I have been told it might be my phone is over heating and was wondering if down loading a Radio can do this? I have changed my Radio before because my camera was doing this to my phone so I am running 32.56.00.32_5.17.05.23

I really like using MIUI but really cant handle being on edge all the time if my phone is going to crap out. Does anyone have any Ideas I can try ??

Have you still got your original rooted stock nandroid safe? restore to that and see if it continues? Or any other rom even.
