Root Phone keeps restarting

Running ARHD 6.3.3.

Phone doesn't seem to lock up, but i go to it and it's on the pin lock screen then the next time I go to it its on the boot animation etc
 
New ROM?

ARHD, default runs over-clocked and under-volted.

You can flash this: http://goo.gl/dwqtl to restore you CPU back to stock speed and voltage.
