Hi, I hope someone can offer me some assistance!
Two days ago, I was using my phone on the internet when the phone crashed. I had to turn it off and start it up again. Now, after I have put my password in, it keeps trying to force close loads of different software. So much so that I can't actually get past the main screen.
The next problem I have is that I have a Mac. I was planning on doing a complete system restore, I'm willing to lose my photos and videos from the Moto GP last weekend
When I try to connect my phone to my Mac, Kies tells me I need to run it in a certain mode? I understand that I have to tick/untick a box about debugging? Unfortunately, I can't get to it at all because of the "Force Close" boxes that keep popping up.
I'm running Gingerbread (?) I think, the one before ICS.
