Help Phone Keeps Turning Off

I've been running newt's HD ROM for a couple of weeks now with no problems at all. Today, my phone turned itself off several times. It only happens when it's locked and sitting somewhere. I have to do a battery pull to get it to come back on. I really don't know if it would be the ROM or the phone. I'm overclocked at 1600mhz and that's always been fine in the past with no issues.

Anyone have some feedback?
 
Nope. I can run at 1800mhz with little effects. I should be able to run 1600mhz without this issue. Surely it's the phone and not the ROM.
 
Maybe you cooked it's goose!

Tried any other roms/nand backups? Could also try flashing your current rom over your setup.

How about a different battery? have one of those? Pop it in. Maybe your current one is shorted inside or somethin.

If it is the phone itself, I hope you have insurance...
