Help Phone kept going in start up loop. Please help!

Now I rooted my phone a while ago. And this just happened. I got a LOW SPACE notification so I just try to eliminate some stuff. I restarted the phone. Now it keeps going in the start up loop. I read a few things about the loop...is there a way to fix it without unrooting my phone or erasing all of my stuff?

Did you make a nandroid? Boot into recovery and restore it.

If no nandroid, pull the battery for 10 minutes, then turn back on.

If no nandroid, and pulling the battery doesn't work you will have to re flash whatever rom you were running.
