Help Phone lock problem

hey i need help in how to get around a screen lock with numbers not pattern. is there any tricks and tips WITHOUT formatting? or maybe by connectiing it to computer? please let me know ASAP and for those who think its a stolen phone if it was i would be reformatting it not caring about the data and even then the imei number wouldnt change so it would be a useless blocked phone. im in need of some genuine help please
 
After unlocking fails a couple times, it will prompt you to have the phone send an e-mail to the account the phone is registered to so the pin can be reset. And if you don't know your own e-mail password then we will have a hard time believing it's your phone.

If that fails, bring the phone to your carrier's local store and see what they can do, or maybe they can do something over the phone. You will also have to prove ownership of the phone to them.

Those are your only options.
 
its not my phone and i think i gave valid enough reasons to suggest nor have i stolen it or planning to steal it and it would be even more silly of me to steal a desire. there is a picture someone stole and saved it on their desire i need to get rid of this and like i said i dont wish to reformat i just want the picture which doesnt belong to the person to be gone and a voice clip that he recorded
 
Not trying to get involved in your personal business.

The solutions I posted above are the only options that exist that don't involve formatting the phone. If there were ways around android's screen locks(without losing data) it would be all over the news and fixed promptly.
 
lol sounds dodgy, why dont you just tell them to take it off or you will break their nose or something lol... might work depending how big you are ;)
 
Not that I want to help someone do something bad here, but wouldn't the photo and audio file be on the microSD card?
