Root Phone LOCKED ON, VIBRATING and HOT!! - HELP!!

Hi....

This is funny...sorta...well at least I can laugh

My phone has been LOCKED ON, VIBRATING for about 1 hour and 15 minutes!!

I had a call, dropped it sorta easy onto my foot and floor and it LOCKED with the screen on, vibrating for the call "ready" to swipe the screen to answer the call but it is SOLIDLY LOCKED.

NOTHING is shutting the phone down...the power button, swiping, calling in from another phone, plugging into charger, plugging into computer...

And it is SUPER HOT!! Like a TAMALE!! :smokingsomb::smokingsomb::smokingsomb:

ANY CLUE what I can do other than just let the battery DIE!!??

OOH!! I DID IT!! It shut off....I did the death grip...power down + up volume.

It just rebooted....4% battery left...I was in the 90%s an hour ago!

I tried the death grip before but didn't work. Perhaps the battery was too strong and lock too strong to register.

I'm gonna let the thing cool and chill (LITERALLY) but I think I might be OK...
