Help Phone locking itself after dropped call?

After a call is dropped, my phone goes to the lockscreen instead of staying unlocked. Is there an option to disable this? Also, is there an auto-redial option?

Not sure about the first question as I haven't had that issue before. Regarding the auto redial there is no option for that but there are many apps free and paid apps available on the market place for that.
