Root Phone looks to be bricked stuck at bootloader screen

I am now stuck in bootloader mode (the blackhole of death mode where you cant charge your phone's battery) trying to fix my way back to freedom.

First I tried to sbf to 2.3.32 which did nothing for the phone, followed up by 2.3.34 and same result. After trying to update the firmware, I attempted Stock Recovery mode to factory reset it, but the command gets ignored and goes to bootloader.

Typically after turning on the screen will say the following:
Bootloader
30.04
Err:A5,70,70,001F

MEM_MAP Blank
Service Req'd
Battery OK
OK to Program
Connect USB
Data Cable

Though I don't know if the information presented will do any good, I'm hoping it will lead me in the right direction, hopefully not toward the expensive paperweight one. I will greatly appreciate any help offered!

Are you sure you weren't already on .621? That's the error you get when you try to flash an SBF that isn't compatible with the current cdt.bin or bootloader. At this point your only recourse to have a functional phone may be to flash the .621 SBF. Sadly, this will kill your root and your ROM flashing days on the DX may be over. At leas until a root exploit is found (if ever). Moto strikes again.

Edit: I notice you went the RSD Lite route instead of the linux boot disc like I suggested. If you weren't previously on .621, then I strongly recommend you try the boot disc method using .602 or .605 as RSD Lite causes issues for many people. Some people never have a problem at all, but they're the lucky ones.
