Ty in advance!

When I got my Wildfire I was confused about that aswell
A 'out of the box' Wildfire will have 3 partitions, /system, /cache, /data
To put it simply most of the memory is used to store your actual ROM, (the software you are using) in the /system partition, part of it is used to store cache and the /data partition is where you store your system apps, your own apps and other system files.

Of the top of my head the memory allocations are:
/system - 250MB
/data - 183MB
/cache - 40MB

You will notice that it doesn't total 512MB, well when you get an SD card that says 4GB, do you actually get 4GB, no, you usually get a few MB less, its the case for this aswell

The only way I have heard of to increase total internal memory is to edit your memory allocations using a script, but you have to be rooted, have S-OFF and have knowledge about what your actually doing
Google "Custom MTD partitions for Wildfire" if you meet those prerequisites.

I hope I helped

Ill post the link if some1 is intr of doing same and hope ill got good results
[GUIDE] Custom MTD Partitions for the Wildfire (Increase Internal Memory Size) - xda-developers

Ty so much 4 the help :)

Yep it works ... i need to play lil more to take max i can but i made it 230 MB now

No problem

Im glad, it helped :D

I havent done it myself on my own Wildfire, i have for a friend though
It just the whole 'when your flashing a new ROM you gotta do some stuff so you dont lose the partition sizes'
When i have a stable/almost bug free ROM then ill consider it

Hehe well u need to flash only 1 thing :) same like Gapps but yeah u r right is usless till u get ROM to sty with

Great, If you have any problems though, please let me know
What improvements do you actually notice?
More stability, smooth transition between home screens, less lag on games etc.

Cool, ill be looking forward to your post :)
Have you tried the Juwe11 ram script??
Its an application which you just download as normal, just apply your preferred setting and you free up ram and improve performance

As for your problem, maybe you might have to reflash
Just backup all your Apps+data using MyBackup
Back up your texts using GoSMS
Those are the probably the main things you need, also MyBackup allows your to backup other stuff, like contacts, bookmarks, dictionary and others.

Remember to perform a nandroid backup before reflashing... that is if you do

Your music/photos and other will be safe in your sd card
