Help Phone narrating browser

JJJMan75

Lurker
My Note 3 suddenly began narrating my web browser today. So far, I have noticed that it tells me every time a web page has started or finished loading. Anybody know how to turn this off? Extra information related to this issue:
I recently installed a virtual navigation bar that I activated in Accessibility settings. I played with all of the Accessibility settings a day before the issue began but I have since inspected each option in the Accessibility closely.

Hello and welcome to the forums. Now we all play with settings but if your not knowledge or knowing what your doing you should do a factory data reset . cause the way I always see is a problem either with the battery or for some odd reason the phone can't make or receive call . and when we need it to we panic . so to help with blowing your blood pressure so high to the boiler point . when you tinker just do a factory data reset and when your done just set up for your use. Or you can download a app its a paid version that will copy the settings and you can apply them back when your done.

I had the same problem and had to turn off all services under Accessibility to shut it up! Try going to Settings>Device>Accessibility>...and just under manage accessibility look at Services and turn anything you see there off. See if that solves it for you. Fingers crossed!

Go into your system settings and make sure you are on the "Device" tab labelled at the top of the system settings screen.

The scroll down and look for an option labelled "Accessibility".

Click the "Accessibility" option, then you will be taken to a new screen of options. Scroll down this new screen of options and look for "Talkback". Click on the "Talkback" option and turn it off.
